Just some concept sketches to help me form the little story brewing in my head. Expect more from these two in the future.

TL;DR... Here's what I have so far:

Orpheus: You can call him your average Victorian street urchin. He first came into my mind when I saw Marion Lee's get-ups on Project Runway 4. They reminded me immediately of Oliver Twist. You might find it superficial, but when I saw him wearing a ragamuffin outfit, this little guy strolled into my mind. (He's eliminated now, though. And even if the elimination was deserved, but, still. ) Orpheus is smarter than the normal waif and, his name is VERY HEAVILY alluded... It's not your average Victorian name, eh? He's... about 12-13 years of age... preferably younger. He needs MORE tinkering with.

Victoria. And there will be two. This girl literally leaped into my mind when Tenten said "Magenta". xD I'm torn between making her as a fashion designer under a struggling label or an art history student... and she MUST be in her early twenties. I'm still sculpting her character... and I have to make her less-superficial than she is right now. I'm thinking Neil Gaiman's ingenious portrayal of "Death". She was a GREAT character in The Sandman.

Alright, must stop rambling now. xD

Yes, I will get back to drawing more colorful and fun and stuff that actually took more effort. xD NOW. ;3
