HE's so AWESOME!!
his out fit is very similar to those from the naruto series ,
but i tried to change it a bit ^^V
(im still thinking of changing his outfit a lil bit more)
while I'll do this love planet earth and be an epic Ninja

Looks most Raichious; the eyes look fine to me. To be honest before you said that it was based on a Naruto ninja design I hadn't noticed it. Nice job on the tweaking.

Only the suit is a little bit naruto-ish but the rest of the character was my design but I'm still going to tweak it a lil' bit more
