Very cool pic, now who would be in more trouble? The Dalek or Torchwood? And that's Season two of Doctor Who right?

Very impressive. Wonderful colour and shading, excellently three dimensional.
Looks as though it's on a canvas, is it acrylic?
A couple of minor criticisms (though I am by no means unimpressed): The lights at the top look as though they should be the other way around, as if they're at slightly the wrong angles and the front panels may be slightly too vertical for the usual diagonal angle.

Thanks for your comments and criticisms, all are welcome. I know what you mean but it is my second dalek and I am slowly inproving so hopefuly these mistake will sort themselfs out as I inprove my painting techniques. im learning things the hard way lol
