I used Paint tool SAI to draw and i usually have a stabilizer on, i think i used it set at 6,

as for the blue part, i select everything but the tems, then i invert it, then i went into selection and clicked increment a few times til it was my desired thickness then i fixed up the pointed ends and then inverted it again and deleted the BG around tem making the blue outline then i added a paper texture

Aaahhh okay! I do similar! o: It looked familiar so I thought I'd ask, thank you! I didn't know you could cut the background out and have it be transparent. I feel like I've tried that but it didn't work.

well i have it set up, idk how, to when i save things as a PNG it askes me if i want it transparent or nah

nope just the transparent thing lol basically like because its cracked and not bought, sai sometimes messes up and won't let people save transparent or wont let them save in general and the only way to really fix it is if you redownload it

that means losing all brush settings and brushes you've made but if you're like me you have like 2 that are easy to recreate 

i do have more textures added than i did before but i usually just get a google image for my textures

yeah its weird how to do it but you can save it so you can make brushes using the texture
