Description
I am done rushing to finish my cosplay, back from Otakuthon, and ready to draw again! I'm also a bit sick ;u;*drumrolls*
Here he is, the 'whatever' man in all of his glory!
I shared a bit of his design in this journal and in my 'types of loves' series, but I guess it's time to make it more official? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I do have a reference done for him, but since it's a bit old and I therefore had time to tweak his design since, I won't feature it in my gallery. In other words, the reference I made a little while back is sadly not all that accurate anymore (buuuut, for you curious souls, here it is). As an update, among other things, the floof has now been braided~
I tried yet again something different with the shading, and I must admit that I am quite proud of it! It didn't take me as long as I thought it would and I was still able to throw some texture attempts in there. I hope you like it as much as I do!

I had a good time, yes! Sadly, I was not able to spend as long as I wanted at the convention. I really wanted to finish the Psychopath Mask and have it for at least a day, which caused me to stay up quite late, and wake up late as well. But hey, I still had a great time, and the mask is done now so I'll have it for next year! Anyway I only have myself to blame for insisting on finish stuff I technically did not need at the last minute. Oh well!

It did come out great! I sadly don't have any pictures with the whole costume yet since we didn't do a photoshoot or anything like that. Hopefully soon!

He's got a really nice design yass, the subtle use of texture helps define what each material is meant to be :> Is a good touch!

The shading is super pretty and soft *_* I love the larger highlight on his chest--it gives him a lot of dimension.
Also as a bandage junkie, the bandages on his arms look fiiiiiiine. I wish bandages in real life looked as good as bandages in drawings

Thank you so much! And yes, bandages, they serve a purpose and look cool... in art pieces. As someone who tried to put some on for a cosplay, I can confirm that they are very impractical and won't hold in place as well as you'd think xD
