This file is effing enormous.

This is my giant project poster. I had fun and I think I did a good job.
Basically, my process was as follows:
I drew the original sketches in pencil and then inked them. I used reference pictures from various Myst fan sites, and supplemented these with pictures of actors who look similar to those in the games, since some of the screen shots are small and not detailed -- people I used include Ewan McGregor (Atrus), Mary Lynn Rajskub (Catherine), Keifer Sutherland (Achenar), and Robert Knepper (Sirrus). Yeesha was purely based on herself.
Then, I scanned these into my computer and colored them in Photoshop.
After that, I took background screenshots from Tomahna, Spire, and Haven and set these as the backdrops for each character.
Then, I pulled them all together into this poster, fitted with a background of more screenshots.

Hence, Myst IV: Revelation.

Credits for the screenshots go to the makers of the MYST games (pure genius) and various websites and Google matches.
Credits for reference go to both IMDB and Google.
I also looked up reference for Gehn of Riven (Terry O'Quinn ref) and Saavedro of Exile (Michael Massee), but they were omitted due to impertinence to MYST IV.
