These are the official uniforms for the 5th Hunger Games that is starting registration on the 1st of February, be prepared!♥I am so glad I managed to finish that before the registration started ;3;
By the way, I am hosting the 5th HG
I hope you like it just as much as I do!♥
The Capitol models are Prunelle, Akina and Chima♥
What is new about it this year? The colors are all changes and the uniforms are more complete♥ The armband option as well!

You use the one you desire to use, and yes, you attach the ribbon where you want, as long as it is on the chosen uniform
