yeah.. lots of damage. had to pick up a worker this morning.. a fallen tree blocked the road so i had to take a detour.. everywhere you could see trees that had been hit by lightning.. and the power ocmpany was doing overtime restoring the power to the farms here.. pretty awesome

Yes, I am going to therapy today.. Mon-Wed for 5 hours.. and then 1 1/2 hours back and forth by bus, I should be home by 3 pm or so...

no not really. if you are an optimist many people think you dont take life seriously.. that you are superficial.. which i am not. i just dont see the purpose of worrying myself sick over something i cannot change in the first place. IF i can take action.. and IF it is in my hands to do something.. i will. but why bother about things i cannot change? waste of time! and ok it helps to get over hard times.. but i too have down times believe me.. only i dont stay down and i can pick myself up again.

That's because you have a lot of life experience and a strong woman, that can pick yourself up again. But, I understand being too optimistic is not realistic part too. That makes totally sense. If you can't change something, why worry about. I wish I can become like you, because I worry too much sometimes.

yes.. i thought so.. the thing is to realize no.. recognize when it is worth it to worry.. to get involved. it only makes sense if you can influence 'it'.. whatever it is. but fretting about things that are out of your control... is just a big waste of time.. time better spent on other things
