no need to run. the postman doesnt come to the farm.. the postbox is about 1 mile away and i drive there to get the mail.. parcels he will bring.. but there's a fence.. we do have over 6 acres of land hehehe

Wow, you live on an acreage....a private paradise. Here in Japan there is no private space. Even when going up into the mountains for a hike, there is always someone. You're very lucky

i know.. in switzerland it is similar.. too many people. that is why i love it here. it is wild.. i have no neighbours in sight.. sometimes i can hear their dogs barking far in the distance.. but thats it. at night.. no lights around us.. only stars.. and the moon. there is wildlife .. deer, buck, fox, wildboar.. yeah.. it is lovely. this is my kind of life

You said the picture is dark...if you're still thinking about it...maybe substituting the word dark with a synonym may create a new idea.
