well either my tv has bad Quality (and it has not) or I dont know why they look more blue (also on Images of her in the net) than black 
also in the miracolous wiki there stands she has black-blue hair.
And also on other Fanarts of her on DA they are more blue than black

I recently watched the Valentines episode and in it, Adrien wrote in his poem that Ladybug's hair is black.
