Actually the background is a modified Juice Drop (pre made photoshop/ illustrator pics) Kinda like the ultimate clip art...

Hey, wait--CS3?! No way!! T________T; That's... not fair. TT____TT I would've liked to just have CS2, but you have CS3!! O_O; Oh my goodness... You're so lucky. T_________T; The only Photoshop I have is Elements!! XDD And that's mostly for retouching pictures, and even though you can paint with it... it's not that good... XD

Well I guess that shows how awesome you are at coloring on the comp then! It really doesn't matter which Photoshop you have with just coloring... at least the way I do.

Ohnonono, with Elements, you're only given--I think >_<;, haven't used it in a while--one kind of brush... Which is kind of difficult to work with... It's kinda the same as MS Paint in the way you can paint with it is similar.
