Mirai Hajime (Future Hajime) is hajime accepting himself and choosing to focus on not Hope or Despair, but to the potential that the Future could bring. For some reason, accepting that Izuru Kamukura is a part of him and resolving to create his own future causes Izuru Kamukura and Hajime Hinata to merge leading to his eyes turning red. As a side effect of choosing to move forward, the prohibition looking symbols in his eyes turn into target/plus symbols to indicate that he is no longer running away from himself. In the simulation in particular, his hair turns white like Ishimaru's because he is in a state of intense determination as he has become more assertive and aggressive in his beliefs/ideals similar to how Ishimaru had his own turning point/resolution.
