I am not basically a huge fan of women and wet stuff in a same picture (pun not intended, sorry!), because it often ends up looking like pornography to me - and most of the time, this kind of pictures needs a filter on.
But your work here is plain awesome.
The model's face has just that one perfect look. That one that says "Look at me. Stare at me." That is not just fine. That is not even good. That is gorgeous.
Needless to say, your technique on this pic' is amazing. Both the quality and the angle of this picture are close to perfection... and human being is not perfect, so that is the most I could expect from Art.
The contrast is... yeah.
I'm speechless. This critique is merely subjective and it might not help if, as most artists, you are looking forward to improve your skills. But that's it.
Keep up with the good job! This deserves way more than five cute little yellow stars.

It looks beautiful. Nice composition, good pose, nice use of the brushes. I think you did a pretty good job of capturing a "freeze frame" effect, and that's tough to do.
My only quibble is, well. Normally I'm not one to say a female pinup needs LESS clothes on, but looking at a woman splashing water on herself while wearing what looks like nylon lingerie has me tilting my head a little.

I'm not asking for porn, silly, I'm not into females. 
Maybe a tee shirt, but not a bra. Tee shirts are way comfier when wet.

okay, the idea with the water came after I finished the render and I tried some effects in Photoshop.
So I don't wanted, render the pic again, the first render took about 12 hours, because of the SSS and IDL.
