Just a random doodle I wanted to color... Why? I'm not sure. So here ya go-- Fairy-ish Zim... Please don't throw rocks, kay?
And, uh, no. No, this has nothing to do with puddles... nor dancing.... o_o

For the most part yes. Before I scanned the pic, it was colored with water-based markers. Then I filtered, outlined and diffused it on PS. *nodnod* ^^

I think...you should doodle a Dib picture and Tak picture and color it in the same style. And have a set!
