Some insight into this drawing.When DragonBall Raging Blast came out, audiences were introduced to Legendary Super Saiyan 3 Broly: static.comicvine.com/uploads/o…
And as awesome as this character design is, I always felt the LSSJ form to be an individual form. Thus I felt that giving Broly SSJ3 in THIS form was a little odd. So I made some changes and had Broly in his non LSSJ form attaining SSJ3. My idea was that in order to tap into the power of SSJ3, Broly tapped into his LSSJ power to boost his power, hence why his eyes are pure white and his hair is Green rather than the traditional yellow.
