There's actually an unused animation frame that was accidentally left that way. according the Kamiya, during the maximum charge level, Ashura's (the demon inside Shuraba) hand was supposed to come out of the jewel on the blade's hilt, and show it's pulsating heart. apparently, it didn't get added back in when they were fixing up animations, so you never get to see this awesome animation. Jeanne also has a version of this sword called "Angel Slayer". Next to her "All 4 one" it's the only other weapon she uses Canonically ingame as a boss.

yeah, I saw that in a video on youtube. they meant to connect the animation to the weapon but I guess they forgot about it.
