I forgot where I got the files from. I was working off and on, on the model.

Notes:

I fully renamed the bones.
left the original textures in case you want to render it in a different 3d program.
has all the weapons that Weiss has.
works in xps 11.8.8
please enable back-face culling and always force culling, otherwise the coat is going to look odd.
