Sometimes the hardest thing you can do is ask for help, even when your world is crumbling around you.But it's important to remember someone hears all your crys. even the ones most people can't.
I did this at the doctors today as I waited for my turn to be pumped for blood.
I do so dislike having people take my blood.

I know what you mean; I don't trust people I don't know well to help me when I need it, and I can't ask people I do know well because they've got other things to worry about.
And yeah, getting blood taken is the worst.

Exactly. Any of my friends can ask me for help whenever they want, but I can never ask anyone else for help.

I've always found it intolerably hard to ask anyone for help, especially those closest too me. The last think want to to become a burden to them.
