She was. Name's Brightsky (also known as Shadow or Umbra), one of the main characters of PRPG (see comment below), former squadleader of one of Shadowbolts team (By the way, she don't like to remember that period of her life, so i even felt a bit sorry drawing her in that suit). And yes, she isn't evil or bad pony, just made some mistakes in her past, that was not as bright as her name. Later she left NMM along with her squad and even helped protagonist to fight against her.

Cool, thanks for the detailed reply! And no matter how she feels about her past, I gotta say that she looks rather fetching in that Shadowbolts suit still.
