It doesn't look like you worked on it with Photoshop. It looks like you did everything the traditional way. Did you put a picture on top of it to get certain effects?

very nice. but one thing which sticks out at me is that the two hands are different sizes. this is a small thing, but in such a symmetrical pose it makes a difference. dont let me put the drawing down tho! it kicks so much ass!

Honestly, I'm not sure how painting this could improve it. The colors and lines are pretty much perfect as they are right now. It has this nice "old drawing from an even older magic book" kind of feel to it. Like this would be near the section on how to magically suck the life out of people, or something along those lines.

Whoa, VERY cool! The pencil work is just gorgeous. And the subject matter is very creepy, in a sickly fascinating way. Like something gross that you can't take your eyes off of . . . very cool.
