It's good that you revisted this, it's great. One thing I noticed though is that the left side of her hair looks off in a way that it makes that side of her head appear indented ( at least compared with the right side, which is more full ).

Man, her stare is just creeping me out! Like the attention to details and the skull creature's pretty original. It actually took a second glance to realize there were shadow figures in the back. God, I used to have nightmares like that, lol. Creepy, creepy cool!
