Description
This was done because I wanted to repaint a new version of the Necrolord image but still make it a bit different.Sketched and painted in Photoshop.

That one is briliant!!! I wish necromancers from Diablo 2 were something like this!!! I especially love the propotion claws (or gawntlet expansions):wings - from the first sight they seem to blend into each other and be part of the single system. And the robes... Seems like solid mist of dry blood covers the armor and flows from his belt to earth... or is it just hair?

There should be a vote on here that says "I Fuckin' Adore Deviation" because this piece is incredible.
I absolutely love the background; its insidious, gothic design is very appealing and highlights the character perfectly. It's a well-crafted work of art, if I do say so myself. (Yeah that was clichΓ©, but I'm venting my love for this ).
I love the outfit, from the skulled shoulders to the blood-red tunic. And his pissed-off attitude with a stance that seeths "I will unwind your intestines until I have a new Christmas tree decoration" is just too much. It's remarkable.
If you haven't already guessed, this is an instant in my book. And do I dare put you on my stalking list? I believe I do.

took a look at the larger version...wow! i'm left drooling. the smaller versions are great, but they really don't do justice to the amount of detail you actually have in the picture. You've really created an imposing and scary figure - GREAT job!
