This is kickass! One of my favorite characters from the Dragonlance novels.
While I like that the shadows cast over his eyes really lends itself to giving off the brooding nature of Raistlin, I think it would be cool to be able to see his hourglass shaped pupils more.

Excellent image, really captures the depth of this conplex characters personality. You could really love and hate him all at once.
I love how you did his hair, the only peice of critique I can give is the collar of his robe, you put so much vivid detail into his brooch, hair and face, that the collar looks a little vague and not fitting with them in it's detail.
