It has been a LONG time since I drew Sei! She is my Boueibu OC (Cute High Earth Defence Club Love!)
Of course I had to update her design for season 2! After all it's the law of the universe that magical outfits and items get upgrades in season 2!
I added some more frills and a back bow~ I didn't want to change the design too much, because in all honesty I loved it TAT
Of course the boys in Boueibu, their outfits had quite a change xD even more frilly than season 1 LOL too perfect!

ANYWAY- Sei Shima (My OC) transforms into Friendship Crusader Lyra ^^ All thanks to to powers given to her by a perverted alien penguin xD
