I did a little research and figured out that each bending type of martial arts is actually based off of a real martial art! So, that's what prompted this!Earthbending is based off of the martial art of Hung Gar. It is based off of solid movements and connects with Earth. This is an actual move I found!
*cue fangirl moment*
I don't have a name for her... Yet. Any ideas?

Maybe name her Tara? Or some variant of that, like Terra, or Tierra.. Those names are all variants of the latin word for Earth, and they all mean Earth, so I thought it made sense

Yeah, all the nations style of bending is based off of a martial arts form. ^_^
Water bending is Tai Chi, Fire is Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, and air is Ba Gua. :]
Nice work. The Pose is really well done. The details in her hair and clothes is really good, and so is the rock. It's hard to draw rocks.! ^_^
