Let me present to all of you, to the last commission I did last year.

This one was for A113rtist , a usual client of mine. He wanted a story based on this drawing that they got from TICKLEHYPNO. In this case, Blaze is tricked by Wave, who in this version is an hypnotic naga.

“Dear Blaze, I need to talk with you. Please, come to the Side View Park and wait for me on the top of the tallest tree. Something good will happen, believe me.”

Blaze smiled upon reading the letter. From the moment she met the naive hedgehog, the princess became interested in him. From the start, the two became close, being there for the other and always mentioning how important they were for each other. While she usually was confident about herself and who she was, Blaze always struggled talking about her own feelings for the hedgehog.

If it was a simple thing like how happy she was to have him in her life then the princess wouldn’t have any issues, but if it was something about her feelings for the psychic hedgehog, Blaze would always struggle with her words and how to react. The sentiment was mutual, the only issue was that neither knew how to express those feelings.

Seeing the letter as the best thing that could happen, the cat princess quickly left her home and walked en route to the park, checking that no one would see her. Even though it was an open secret, the cat gal still kept most of those feelings to herself and once nighttime came, Blaze quickly went to the park and had no issues going up the tallest tree, ready to enjoy that nice night with the hedgehog she loved.

“Ok, time to wait. I think I need to think on my words too,” the cat gal said while smiling, losing herself in the idea of that night being that moment she had always dreamed of. She wanted it to be perfect, to make it a thing she could always remember with a smile and something she could tell others. It sounded like a good moment and yet, it still didn’t happen. As she waited for the naive hedgehog to come, Blaze didn’t notice that there was someone else in that tree.

Her name was Wave, a half-swallow half-naga gal that had abilities of her own. Similar to the princess, she had an interest in Silver, but unlike her, the ideas she had about love were a bit different, considering that her future partner needed to be someone whom she could easily manipulate. While her attraction to the naive hedgehog was a bit true, with her being taken by his usual calm and nice attitude, the swallow gal was more interested in getting him for his powers. With his knowledge of time and psychokinetic abilities, it would be easy to help her with her plan of becoming the ruler of Mobius.

While it was an easy thing to use her charms and abilities on him, there were a few things she needed to take care of, with the first one being showing the cat princess who was the one who deserved to have him. As Blaze continued to admire the stars in the night sky, Wave moved closer to the cat gal, ready to do her thing with her victim.

“Hi there,” Blaze’s smile faded away upon discovering that instead of Silver, Wave was the one who was behind her. Being caught by surprise, and understanding why the naga swallow was doing there, the cat princess' first instinct was to close her eyes, an action that made Wave laugh. Apart from having the same abilities of other nagas, the alluring avian also had an ability of her own: hypnosis.

From the moment she discovered her powers, Wave practiced with anyone she could, hoping she could perfect those abilities that would be helpful for her plans. While she found that some of her victims had different ranges of resistance, with some taking a long time to submit while others becoming mindless on the spot, the alluring avian always knew what to do. Manipulating their victims into submission was always an easy thing for her and while she preferred the ones that she was hypnotizing to submit completely to her, the ones who resisted always proved to be funnier and more memorable.

“Come on, kitty. Don’t you want to see my pretty eyes? Aren’t you curious to see how nice the colors are?” the naga said in a calm yet dominant tone. Even though it was the first time she attempted using her hypnotic powers on the cat princess, Wave was confident about the outcome of the situation. Not only did she plan everything in advance, but she also practiced with a few girls that she considered mentally strong like Sally and Breezie. She considered Blaze someone mentally strong, so she had to do things differently from her other victims if she wanted everything to end well, and she knew what to do. “Just think about it, if you look at my hypnotic eyes, then things may go well for you.”

“N-no! I can’t do that…I won’t…” Blaze said while trembling. Although she continued being with her eyes closed, the cat princess made the mistake of imagining those colorful eyes. She was aware of the abilities of the nagas and even though she was never hypnotized by them, Blaze saw a few use their abilities on others. Those colorful eyes had an impact on him, how nice their color was and how shiny they were.

She started having an internal battle, knowing that it was a terrible idea to open her eyes while also being too curious to ignore them. It wasn’t the first time she was in a difficult situation, with her on the edge and unsure about what to do, but this time, it was something else. Blaze deduced that it was Wave the one who wrote the letter and while the two gals never interacted, she was aware about the intentions she had with Silver.

Because she wasn’t quick enough to defend herself, the cat princess couldn’t use her powers to fight back against the hypnotic naga, instead using all of that energy to keep herself from opening her eyes. Of course, Wave knew about it and simply remained calm, enjoying the moment with the princess that soon was going to be hypnotized and continuing to taunt her.

“Come on, Blaze. I know you always work hard. Why don’t you relax and look deep into my eyes? I know you’ve been craving for a calm night of sleep and I can give that to you, the only thing you have to do is open your eyes~” Blaze could hear the arrogance in her voice. Even when it looked like she was trying to help her, Wave couldn’t help but to present herself as someone better. The cat princess disliked that and wanted to shut her up, but as she was aware that would be a bad idea as she would lose her concentration, she remained silent, letting herself be distracted by the laugh of the alluring avian and the ideas that she continued to repeat.

The thing about her wanting to help her was obviously a bluff, just a fake idea that she was using her to manipulate her into something. The worst part was that it was working. Blaze was always someone who liked to help others and because of that, she usually overworked, having little to no days off. The main thing that kept her from stopping was Silver, who was always by her side, motivating her and helping her with all those things.

If the naive hedgehog would have been by her side, the cat princess would have had the strength to not fall for the words for Wave, but it was too late now. She was getting tired as her curiosity grew stronger, the idea that maybe looking at her eyes was a good thing started to take control over her and after having issues resisting, the princess did what the naga wanted as she opened one of her eyes.

“Good girl~” Wave said while smiling. It finally happened, the cat princess opened her eyes and was slowly falling deeper into that calm and sweet state of trance. While it was obvious that she wasn’t going to escape from that overwhelming feeling, the alluring avian still took her time with the induction, wanting to have some fun with her victim before things would end. “Pretty, aren’t they?~”

“I…I…yeah…pretty eyes…” Blaze said while giggling. It didn’t take long for her to open her other eyes, letting them be covered by the hypnotic colors. The battle was lost the moment she opened one of her eyes and while one small part of her mind kept trying to help her come back to her senses, Blaze couldn’t help but to sink deep into that nice state of trance while also embracing the ideas that Wave was indulging in her. “So pretty…”

Adding another layer of pleasure, the alluring avian started to move from one side to the other, making the hypnotized princess gaze follow her. She didn’t want to look away from those hypnotic eyes, an idea that soon became the main thing she wanted. It was bad for her, but for Wave, it was the best thing that could happen to her. “That’s a good kitty! Remain silent and continue admiring my hypnotic eyes! We both know you want this.”

“Yes…I want this…” Blaze said while doing a light chuckle. The whole thing stopped sounding like something bad, it was just Wave helping her relax and achieve something she hadn't experienced in a while. She was calm, relaxed and also happy. Of course, all was related to the effects that spirals on her, making her feel more submissive and powerless, the perfect state for Wave to do whatever she pleased with her.

For a moment, it was just those colorful eyes and her. No ideas related to fear, ill thoughts about what Wave was doing or even someone trying to interrupt them. It looked bad, but for Blaze, it was a nice experience. She blushed as she continued admiring the colorful eyes of the hypnotic naga and going deeper into trance for her.

“Such a good kitty, someone mindless and submissive, someone that I can manipulate into submission, “Wave said in a calm tone. Because of the things that were in between, she considered that induction her favorite one, thinking about what was for her and what was going to happen once the princess reached that state of trance. Confident about how things were going to end, the swallow gal moved closer to Blaze and said something that she thought was going to help with the induction. “Don’t worry, I’ll take good care of Silver~”

The moment Blaze heard the hypnotic naga mention Silver, she stopped smiling. Just thinking about Wave harming the naive hedgehog was enough for Blaze to come back for her senses for a moment. She was still under the effect of the hypnotic colors, but for a moment, she was starting to fight back one last time against those ideas. The hypnotic naga quickly saw her mistake, but instead of panicking, she went closer and let the cat gal enjoy her colorful eyes.

“N-no…Silver…I won’t…let you…” her will and confidence faded away thanks to Wave’s hypnotic eyes. One moment she was ready to fight back and make an attempt to break free from that state and now she was back at struggling with those ideas of submission. In a last attempt, Blaze hoped that something might help her, like Wave being distracted and falling off the tree or even Silver or someone coming to rescue her, things that sadly were not going to happen.

“Come on, kitty. You know you want this, stop trying to fight please~” Wave said while smiling, enjoying seeing the struggles of the cat gal. For her, using her hypnotic powers on her victims was always fun, just seeing them fight against that feeling was something that was too good to ignore. As there were a lot of things at stake, Wave knew that she had to do a few changes. Normally she would try to break them as soon as the whole thing started, but for that one, she decided to manipulate her into believing everything was going to be fine. “There will be nothing but good things in your future if you just let yourself go and let me do my thing with you~”

Blaze’s expression changed, showing the hypnotic naga and smile, the signal that she was enjoying this. Her small moment fighting against the urges of submitting was for nothing as the princess went back to the final stages of her trance, slowly coming to terms that this is what she wanted, that the hypnotic eyes of the swallow gal were the best thing that could happen to her and that she wanted to stop fighting. The princess' smile grew bigger as the colors in her eyes went at a faster pace until…

She reached that state of bliss and relaxation taht she was yearning about. It finally happened, the strong cat gal became nothing more than a mindless servant, someone that Wave could easily manipulate into doing whatever she pleased. While in the past induction she had a few commands for her victims as she got more than just them becoming her puppets. For Blaze, she had another thing in mind, something simpler yet effective.

“You have a lot of things in mind and I know one of them is the question of why I didn’t use my hypnotic eyes on Silver. Well, while I could have gone for the easy route, I wanted to have a moment with you, considering it more memorable~” Wave said while slowly coiling her victim. The princess blushed hard, enjoying the way the coils of the woman that hypnotized her felt. She didn’t care about what she was saying, ignoring the possibility of her wanting to do the same with Silver.

The only thing she did was remain silent and continue admiring the hypnotic naga, who looked at her with that seductive smile. As someone who loved to show others that she was better than the rest, having the cat gal under her control felt good. Blaze was one of the few girls that she considered important, so making her powerless was even more memorable for her. While she wanted to do more things with her, she had to continue with her plans as the hypnotic naga couldn’t waste more time.

“For being such a good subject, I have a present for you,” Wave said while moving back to the place where she was hiding, looking for a box that had a tool she created. The headband was an object created especially for the princess and while she didn’t explain to her what was so special about it, the hypnotic naga knew that as long as her tool was with her victims, everything was going to end well for her. Looking at the hypnotized princess one last time, the naga smiled before moving herself closer, ready to end the whole thing with a blast. “Here’s your crown, princess~”

Blaze’s mind was so affected by the ideas of the alluring avian that she saw it as a reward for being a good girl, oblivious to the fact that it was far from that. As Wave put the machine on the princess’ head, the naga looked at her one last time before deactivating his colorful swirls.

“You always get to have fun with Silver, no it’s my turn. With you occupied, Silver finally will see who is the better option. Now, I hope you enjoy your time off, princess~” Wave said before activating the machine, making Blaze close her eyes and letting her trance state overwhelm her, letting her achieve that feeling of calmness and relaxation that she was yearning for.

Admiring at the hypnotized princess one last time, the alluring avian carefully put her close to the tree before carefully moving down from it. The induction was a success, she hypnotized the cat princess and was moving on to the next part of her plan. For Blaze, it was a mystery as she was in such a deep state of trance that the only thing she could do was remain in that deep sleep.

The princess didn’t make an attempt to break free frmo it, instead remaining calm while also embracing the ideas and dreams. For her, she was with everything she desired, a lot of friends, a good life and the love of Silver. As those ideas were there every single day, Blaze didn’t want to wake up. She wanted to be like that as long as she could, embracing those night moments and having a delightful life. It sounded good and it looked like it wasn’t going to end.

…until the day the hypnotic crown malfunctioned, awakening Blaze from her state of trance.

Something as simple as getting down from the tree became a difficult thing to plan.

This was of course the after effect of the spirals, waking up from a nice and calm state made the simplest of things difficult. Trying to get back to her senses, Blaze remembered some of the words of the swallow gal, which included her getting what she deserved and also her taking her away from getting that thing she wanted. It was more than obvious that Wave had bad intentions and after thinking about Silver’s safety, the cat gal was ready to get down from the tree and look for either the naive hedgehog or the naga swallow.

“I hope he is fine,” Blaze said before carefully getting down from the tree. It took her an hour, but after finally reaching the floor, she ran out of the park, not noticing that the place had a few different things, including some new trees and also a new name. She didn’t stop to look at those things as the safety of her friend was more important than anything.

Upon arriving at the center of the city, the place where Silver and her usually hung out, Blaze finally noticed some strange things. Some of the buildings either were gone and replaced or had a different appearance. Taking a closer look at the things that were around her, the princess noticed that she failed to recognize the citizens. Not only that, but she also noticed that the place had more nagas than before. For years, the Mobians and nagas had a hard relationship, with most only doing things together to benefit the kingdom. While it was good to see that change, it was still something strange to see considering that yesterday that part of the city rarely saw any creature with a serpentine tail.

“I don’t get it. How did everything change in a single night?” The cat gal asked herself, confused and a bit scared to know the answer. Even though she had a nice night of sleep, what Wave did had an impact on her. The colorful eyes, the ideas she indulged in her mind and the things she told her made it difficult for her to remain calm. Trying to get information, Blaze went inside a building she knew, a recreation center that also had a few stores, a place that she usually went with Silver. While the structure changed, the stores and rooms were in the same palace and it was easy to find the one she always went with. Just before she could try to find any information about it, Blaze was distracted by a holographic screen that was presenting the news and what she saw caught her attention.

It talked about the anniversary of the day that Sally surrendered her crown and finally ended with Sonic. It was a surprise as the last time she saw Sonic, he and Amy became a couple. Upon taking a closer look at the former princess, Blaze could see that she had the same colorful swirls, the same ones that Wave used on her. That could have been the most surprising thing if it wasn’t for the image that she saw after that, with both the blue blur and Sally looking older than before.

“I don’t get it…I only fell asleep for a single night…this doesn’t make sense. It looks like…I slept for years…” while it sounded crazy, there was a simple explanation as all was related to the headband that Wave created. The tool was linked to the fire powers of the cat gal, not only making her remain in that state of calm and bliss, but also remaining in the same age she was. Not sure what to do, the princess remained in the same spot, continuing to look at the screen and getting to know what happened after that.

As the presentation continued with the couple that lived outside of the city, the announcer also talked about Tails and his inventions. The most surprising thing was where the smart fox was as he wasn’t in his laboratory, but instead was in Breezie’s casino. It was strange, he acted like someone different, someone more confident and pretentious, someone who believed he was better than everyone else. Amy was also with him and after hearing that her and Tails ended up together, making her wonder if Wave also did something with them. It was easy to think that, the way the pink hedgehog looked, it was more than obvious that someone messed with her mind, turning her into a shadow of her former self.

It made sense, Sally had those colorful eyes, Tails and Amy were acting differently and once the announcer started talking about the casino and the woman who owned it, Blaze knew that the swallow gal was more involved than she expected. She would have continued to look at the screen if it wasn’t for her noticing the picture that was on the newspaper box that was below the screen, showing the hedgehog woman and a mention that she was starting a partnership with the royal family. Again, the cat gal was puzzled by the information, for the ways things were explained to how the casino mogul was. She was using dark sunglasses, something she rarely used and while for others that might be a detail that was unimportant, Blaze knew that she was using those to hide something.

Even though it was something important, as the partnership would bring some changes into the kingdom, the cat princess stopped for a moment, shocked to read who was the ruler. “It…it can’t be…is not possible…” Blaze said, trembling as the new Queen of the kingdom was none other than Wave. It wasn’t necessary for her to understand what happened, after their encounter, she started using her powers on all of her friends, turning them into their puppets, mindless servants that would do whatever they wanted.

As the cat gal kept reading, she fell to her knees upon discovering that the King and her partner was Silver. All was there, how the two ended together, the struggles they had at the start and their children. The information broke her, almost to the point of tearing up. One of the things she wanted was seeing Silver happy, but she knew that this wasn’t a good thing. She knew that the hypnotic swallow also did something to him, but as she still was processing the news, the cat gal couldn’t think what it could be.

Because of her reaction, the owner of the place helped her get up and even let her sit in one of the tables, hoping that would help her feel better. Although it looked like the owner had good intentions, the place was owned by Breezie and all the employees had the task of telling the hedgehog woman about a purple cat gal. Of course, everything was planned by Wave, who knew that Blaze would come back one day.

By coincidence, the hedgehog woman and hypnotic naga were on the same place, with the latter having another session with her latest plaything. Breezie’s sunglass covered her spirals eyes, which were in an eternal pattern, similar to Sally. The once powerful and strong casino mogul became nothing more than a servant of the Queen and she was always happy to obey her commands.

Although their session was interrupted by the cat, the alluring avian waited quietly, understanding that her puppet had to keep appearances. Luckily for her, Breezie had some good news. “Mistress Wave, one of my workers told me he spotted the cat princess in his store,” upon hearing those words, Wave started to laugh. While she knew that her tool stopped working, she was glad to see that Blaze was finally awake. The hypnotic naga got a lot of things since the day she put the cat gal into a deep sleep, but her coming back was also an important part of her plan as she needed her for something else.

“You did good, my dear slave. For your service, you deserve a reward: You will go back to being in that nice and pleasant trance state you love~” Wave said while slowly coiling the hedgehog woman. The whole thing took her months to plan and she was glad it was quicker than she expected. While she could surprise the cat gal, she decided to give the task to her son: Slither. He was a half-hedgehog and half-naga and one of her few children that also had the same hypnotic abilities as her.

The hedgehog didn’t get much information, with the only thing that his mother told him being that he needed to take someone to her. The moment Slither saw how Blaze looked, he became interested in her. Wave never mentioned the story she had with her, thinking that would ruin her plans. While Slither was always loyal to her mother, he wanted to have a moment with the cat princess before going to the casino, where Wave was hypnotizing Breezie.

Even though it felt like one night, Blaze slept for years. The moment she awakened from that nice and calm night of sleep, she found herself in a nightmare, in a world that looked like the one she was in but also being a different one. She was alone, scared, confused and shocked and the worst part was that she didn’t know what to do. The only thing Blaze hoped was that things would change for the better. The moment she saw the silver-colored hedgehog, the cat princess thought that she was going to get some help, but her smile faded away once she noticed a detail.

While he looked like Silver, it wasn’t him.

Blaze was always someone who liked to help others and because of that, she usually overworked, having little to no days off. The main thing that kept her from stopping was Silver, who was always by her side, motivating her and helping her with all those things.

If the naive hedgehog would have been by her side, the cat princess would have had the strength to not fall for the words for Wave, but it was too late now. She was getting tired as her curiosity grew stronger, the idea that maybe looking at her eyes was a good thing started to take control over her and after having issues resisting, the princess did what the naga wanted as she opened one of her eyes.

“Good girl~” Wave said while smiling. It finally happened, the cat princess opened her eyes and was slowly falling deeper into that calm and sweet state of trance. While it was obvious that she wasn’t going to escape from that overwhelming feeling, the alluring avian still took her time with the induction, wanting to have some fun with her victim before things would end. “Pretty, aren’t they?~”

“I…I…yeah…pretty eyes…” Blaze said while giggling. It didn’t take long for her to open her other eyes, letting them be covered by the hypnotic colors. The battle was lost the moment she opened one of her eyes and while one small part of her mind kept trying to help her come back to her senses, Blaze couldn’t help but to sink deep into that nice state of trance while also embracing the ideas that Wave was indulging in her. “So pretty…”

Adding another layer of pleasure, the alluring avian started to move from one side to the other, making the hypnotized princess gaze follow her. She didn’t want to look away from those hypnotic eyes, an idea that soon became the main thing she wanted. It was bad for her, but for Wave, it was the best thing that could happen to her. “That’s a good kitty! Remain silent and continue admiring my hypnotic eyes! We both know you want this.”

“Yes…I want this…” Blaze said while doing a light chuckle. The whole thing stopped sounding like something bad, it was just Wave helping her relax and achieve something she hadn't experienced in a while. She was calm, relaxed and also happy. Of course, all was related to the effects that spirals on her, making her feel more submissive and powerless, the perfect state for Wave to do whatever she pleased with her.

For a moment, it was just those colorful eyes and her. No ideas related to fear, ill thoughts about what Wave was doing or even someone trying to interrupt them. It looked bad, but for Blaze, it was a nice experience. She blushed as she continued admiring the colorful eyes of the hypnotic naga and going deeper into trance for her.

“Such a good kitty, someone mindless and submissive, someone that I can manipulate into submission, “Wave said in a calm tone. Because of the things that were in between, she considered that induction her favorite one, thinking about what was for her and what was going to happen once the princess reached that state of trance. Confident about how things were going to end, the swallow gal moved closer to Blaze and said something that she thought was going to help with the induction. “Don’t worry, I’ll take good care of Silver~”

The moment Blaze heard the hypnotic naga mention Silver, she stopped smiling. Just thinking about Wave harming the naive hedgehog was enough for Blaze to come back for her senses for a moment. She was still under the effect of the hypnotic colors, but for a moment, she was starting to fight back one last time against those ideas. The hypnotic naga quickly saw her mistake, but instead of panicking, she went closer and let the cat gal enjoy her colorful eyes.

“N-no…Silver…I won’t…let you…” her will and confidence faded away thanks to Wave’s hypnotic eyes. One moment she was ready to fight back and make an attempt to break free from that state and now she was back at struggling with those ideas of submission. In a last attempt, Blaze hoped that something might help her, like Wave being distracted and falling off the tree or even Silver or someone coming to rescue her, things that sadly were not going to happen.

“Come on, kitty. You know you want this, stop trying to fight please~” Wave said while smiling, enjoying seeing the struggles of the cat gal. For her, using her hypnotic powers on her victims was always fun, just seeing them fight against that feeling was something that was too good to ignore. As there were a lot of things at stake, Wave knew that she had to do a few changes. Normally she would try to break them as soon as the whole thing started, but for that one, she decided to manipulate her into believing everything was going to be fine. “There will be nothing but good things in your future if you just let yourself go and let me do my thing with you~”

Blaze’s expression changed, showing the hypnotic naga and smile, the signal that she was enjoying this. Her small moment fighting against the urges of submitting was for nothing as the princess went back to the final stages of her trance, slowly coming to terms that this is what she wanted, that the hypnotic eyes of the swallow gal were the best thing that could happen to her and that she wanted to stop fighting. The princess' smile grew bigger as the colors in her eyes went at a faster pace until…

PING!

She reached that state of bliss and relaxation taht she was yearning about. It finally happened, the strong cat gal became nothing more than a mindless servant, someone that Wave could easily manipulate into doing whatever she pleased. While in the past induction she had a few commands for her victims as she got more than just them becoming her puppets. For Blaze, she had another thing in mind, something simpler yet effective.

“You have a lot of things in mind and I know one of them is the question of why I didn’t use my hypnotic eyes on Silver. Well, while I could have gone for the easy route, I wanted to have a moment with you, considering it more memorable~” Wave said while slowly coiling her victim. The princess blushed hard, enjoying the way the coils of the woman that hypnotized her felt. She didn’t care about what she was saying, ignoring the possibility of her wanting to do the same with Silver.

The only thing she did was remain silent and continue admiring the hypnotic naga, who looked at her with that seductive smile. As someone who loved to show others that she was better than the rest, having the cat gal under her control felt good. Blaze was one of the few girls that she considered important, so making her powerless was even more memorable for her. While she wanted to do more things with her, she had to continue with her plans as the hypnotic naga couldn’t waste more time.

“For being such a good subject, I have a present for you,” Wave said while moving back to the place where she was hiding, looking for a box that had a tool she created. The headband was an object created especially for the princess and while she didn’t explain to her what was so special about it, the hypnotic naga knew that as long as her tool was with her victims, everything was going to end well for her. Looking at the hypnotized princess one last time, the naga smiled before moving herself closer, ready to end the whole thing with a blast. “Here’s your crown, princess~”

Blaze’s mind was so affected by the ideas of the alluring avian that she saw it as a reward for being a good girl, oblivious to the fact that it was far from that. As Wave put the machine on the princess’ head, the naga looked at her one last time before deactivating his colorful swirls.

“You always get to have fun with Silver, no it’s my turn. With you occupied, Silver finally will see who is the better option. Now, I hope you enjoy your time off, princess~” Wave said before activating the machine, making Blaze close her eyes and letting her trance state overwhelm her, letting her achieve that feeling of calmness and relaxation that she was yearning for.

Admiring at the hypnotized princess one last time, the alluring avian carefully put her close to the tree before carefully moving down from it. The induction was a success, she hypnotized the cat princess and was moving on to the next part of her plan. For Blaze, it was a mystery as she was in such a deep state of trance that the only thing she could do was remain in that deep sleep.

The princess didn’t make an attempt to break free frmo it, instead remaining calm while also embracing the ideas and dreams. For her, she was with everything she desired, a lot of friends, a good life and the love of Silver. As those ideas were there every single day, Blaze didn’t want to wake up. She wanted to be like that as long as she could, embracing those night moments and having a delightful life. It sounded good and it looked like it wasn’t going to end.

…until the day the hypnotic crown malfunctioned, awakening Blaze from her state of trance.

The moment the cat princess opened her eyes, she remembered what happened, how the hypnotic naga used her powers on her and how the last thing she remembered was her talking about Silver. She had a lot of conflicting thoughts, all related to that night, the ideas taht Wave indulged in her and those colorful and hypnotic eyes that still haunt her. “I need to…I need to…” the cat princess struggled to think about what to do. Something as simple as getting down from the tree became a difficult thing to plan.

This was of course the after effect of the spirals, waking up from a nice and calm state made the simplest of things difficult. Trying to get back to her senses, Blaze remembered some of the words of the swallow gal, which included her getting what she deserved and also her taking her away from getting that thing she wanted. It was more than obvious that Wave had bad intentions and after thinking about Silver’s safety, the cat gal was ready to get down from the tree and look for either the naive hedgehog or the naga swallow.

“I hope he is fine,” Blaze said before carefully getting down from the tree. It took her an hour, but after finally reaching the floor, she ran out of the park, not noticing that the place had a few different things, including some new trees and also a new name. She didn’t stop to look at those things as the safety of her friend was more important than anything.

Upon arriving at the center of the city, the place where Silver and her usually hung out, Blaze finally noticed some strange things. Some of the buildings either were gone and replaced or had a different appearance. Taking a closer look at the things that were around her, the princess noticed that she failed to recognize the citizens. Not only that, but she also noticed that the place had more nagas than before. For years, the Mobians and nagas had a hard relationship, with most only doing things together to benefit the kingdom. While it was good to see that change, it was still something strange to see considering that yesterday that part of the city rarely saw any creature with a serpentine tail.

“I don’t get it. How did everything change in a single night?” The cat gal asked herself, confused and a bit scared to know the answer. Even though she had a nice night of sleep, what Wave did had an impact on her. The colorful eyes, the ideas she indulged in her mind and the things she told her made it difficult for her to remain calm. Trying to get information, Blaze went inside a building she knew, a recreation center that also had a few stores, a place that she usually went with Silver. While the structure changed, the stores and rooms were in the same palace and it was easy to find the one she always went with. Just before she could try to find any information about it, Blaze was distracted by a holographic screen that was presenting the news and what she saw caught her attention.

It talked about the anniversary of the day that Sally surrendered her crown and finally ended with Sonic. It was a surprise as the last time she saw Sonic, he and Amy became a couple. Upon taking a closer look at the former princess, Blaze could see that she had the same colorful swirls, the same ones that Wave used on her. That could have been the most surprising thing if it wasn’t for the image that she saw after that, with both the blue blur and Sally looking older than before.

“I don’t get it…I only fell asleep for a single night…this doesn’t make sense. It looks like…I slept for years…” while it sounded crazy, there was a simple explanation as all was related to the headband that Wave created. The tool was linked to the fire powers of the cat gal, not only making her remain in that state of calm and bliss, but also remaining in the same age she was. Not sure what to do, the princess remained in the same spot, continuing to look at the screen and getting to know what happened after that.

As the presentation continued with the couple that lived outside of the city, the announcer also talked about Tails and his inventions. The most surprising thing was where the smart fox was as he wasn’t in his laboratory, but instead was in Breezie’s casino. It was strange, he acted like someone different, someone more confident and pretentious, someone who believed he was better than everyone else. Amy was also with him and after hearing that her and Tails ended up together, making her wonder if Wave also did something with them. It was easy to think that, the way the pink hedgehog looked, it was more than obvious that someone messed with her mind, turning her into a shadow of her former self.

It made sense, Sally had those colorful eyes, Tails and Amy were acting differently and once the announcer started talking about the casino and the woman who owned it, Blaze knew that the swallow gal was more involved than she expected. She would have continued to look at the screen if it wasn’t for her noticing the picture that was on the newspaper box that was below the screen, showing the hedgehog woman and a mention that she was starting a partnership with the royal family. Again, the cat gal was puzzled by the information, for the ways things were explained to how the casino mogul was. She was using dark sunglasses, something she rarely used and while for others that might be a detail that was unimportant, Blaze knew that she was using those to hide something.

Even though it was something important, as the partnership would bring some changes into the kingdom, the cat princess stopped for a moment, shocked to read who was the ruler. “It…it can’t be…is not possible…” Blaze said, trembling as the new Queen of the kingdom was none other than Wave. It wasn’t necessary for her to understand what happened, after their encounter, she started using her powers on all of her friends, turning them into their puppets, mindless servants that would do whatever they wanted.

As the cat gal kept reading, she fell to her knees upon discovering that the King and her partner was Silver. All was there, how the two ended together, the struggles they had at the start and their children. The information broke her, almost to the point of tearing up. One of the things she wanted was seeing Silver happy, but she knew that this wasn’t a good thing. She knew that the hypnotic swallow also did something to him, but as she still was processing the news, the cat gal couldn’t think what it could be.

Because of her reaction, the owner of the place helped her get up and even let her sit in one of the tables, hoping that would help her feel better. Although it looked like the owner had good intentions, the place was owned by Breezie and all the employees had the task of telling the hedgehog woman about a purple cat gal. Of course, everything was planned by Wave, who knew that Blaze would come back one day.

By coincidence, the hedgehog woman and hypnotic naga were on the same place, with the latter having another session with her latest plaything. Breezie’s sunglass covered her spirals eyes, which were in an eternal pattern, similar to Sally. The once powerful and strong casino mogul became nothing more than a servant of the Queen and she was always happy to obey her commands.

Although their session was interrupted by the cat, the alluring avian waited quietly, understanding that her puppet had to keep appearances. Luckily for her, Breezie had some good news. “Mistress Wave, one of my workers told me he spotted the cat princess in his store,” upon hearing those words, Wave started to laugh. While she knew that her tool stopped working, she was glad to see that Blaze was finally awake. The hypnotic naga got a lot of things since the day she put the cat gal into a deep sleep, but her coming back was also an important part of her plan as she needed her for something else.

“You did good, my dear slave. For your service, you deserve a reward: You will go back to being in that nice and pleasant trance state you love~” Wave said while slowly coiling the hedgehog woman. The whole thing took her months to plan and she was glad it was quicker than she expected. While she could surprise the cat gal, she decided to give the task to her son: Slither. He was a half-hedgehog and half-naga and one of her few children that also had the same hypnotic abilities as her.

The hedgehog didn’t get much information, with the only thing that his mother told him being that he needed to take someone to her. The moment Slither saw how Blaze looked, he became interested in her. Wave never mentioned the story she had with her, thinking that would ruin her plans. While Slither was always loyal to her mother, he wanted to have a moment with the cat princess before going to the casino, where Wave was hypnotizing Breezie.

Even though it felt like one night, Blaze slept for years. The moment she awakened from that nice and calm night of sleep, she found herself in a nightmare, in a world that looked like the one she was in but also being a different one. She was alone, scared, confused and shocked and the worst part was that she didn’t know what to do. The only thing Blaze hoped was that things would change for the better. The moment she saw the silver-colored hedgehog, the cat princess thought that she was going to get some help, but her smile faded away once she noticed a detail.

While he looked like Silver, it wasn’t him.
