I didn't include explorer.exe because I updated my computer to Windows 7 SP1.
You can use Restorator to change yours by replacing BMP number 6801,6805 & 6809, so do explorerframe.dll
[How to install]
1. Install Universal Theme Patcher, re-patch again if you updated to SP1.
2. Copy everything in themes folder (Elune folder, Elune 1(Bottom), Elune 1 (Top)...) into C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
3. Take Ownership, rename the orignal to back up and replace modified explorerframe.dll in System32 folder.
4. Restart Windows & then select this theme in Personalize Menu

Either I'm just dumb r something is broken with my Windows 7 Home Premium x64. :/
I followed the instructions as accurately as possible and yet all I get are 6 styles with every of them looking just the same - exactly like Classic Windows theme. What I more, running x64 version of Windows I know I have to make changes to both the System32 and SysWOW64 folder, but when I finally get to get them replaced... nothing happens. The styles still switch to Classic Windows theme and I see no changes whatsoever.
Any help?

You have to patch your uxtheme.dll using the patcher that's included

Read this for help along with that provided by minhtrimatrix:
- Universal Themes Patcher is already in 'Tools' folder. Open it and press patch buttons. (I was given three of them).
- Copy everything from 'Themes' folder (yes, only Themes folder) to folder described above.
- Now take ownership from 'Add Take Ownership Option' folder. This will include an option to take ownership in that original .dll file located in System32.
- Go to C:\Windows\System32 > ExplorerFrame.dll and single click on it. There should come a button 'Take ownership' above somewhere in the bar. If not right click it.
- Now rename it and add word 'original' with its name or whatever you want to identify it.
- Copy ExplorerFrame.dll provided by minhtrimatrix to System32 folder.
- Restart Windows.

Browse to the file via explorer. Right-click on explorerframe.dll and click on Properties. Go to the tab Security. Click on Edit. Select your username and check the option Full control and confirm with Apply.

I've put the folder "Theme" in the Directory "C:/Windows/resources/theme"

A tool I know that allows themes to be made is VistaStyleBuilder (WindowsStyleBuilder) which supports Windows 7 - It's pretty finicky to work with (For me anyway...), but from what I can tell allows you to swap out all the image elements you want to create a new theme. Couple that with Photoshop or (for a free alternative) GIMP, and you would be able to make your own themes. Just a note, there are A LOT of images and elements to making a theme. So it can prove to be a very time consuming task.
