I didn't include explorer.exe because I updated my computer to Windows 7 SP1.
You can use Restorator to change yours by replacing BMP number 6801,6805 & 6809, so do explorerframe.dll
[How to install]
1. Install Universal Theme Patcher, re-patch again if you updated to SP1.
2. Copy everything in themes folder (Elune folder, Elune 1(Bottom), Elune 1 (Top)...) into C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
3. Take Ownership, rename the orignal to back up and replace modified explorerframe.dll in System32 folder.
4. Restart Windows & then select this theme in Personalize Menu

really good theme, but it has one problem for me.
When using transparent window glass colours, and hovering a windowed program over something white, such as another program, or a bright desktop background, you cannot see the title of that window.

This is far more annoying than you might imagine. Is there any way to change this? The default windows theme uses Black text with white shading around it to maximise visibility of the titles at all time. Elune uses White text with White shading around it, so it can only bee read on dark backgrounds.
Need a fix! anyone know how to fix this?

I know that is annoying for using
But I hope you know that is the design limitation
Some programs like MS Office use itself UI and also use some elements of your current theme. I & other designer try a lot but can't control all of them. It also based on the program we used to create the theme (Windows Style Builder)
Sometimes we have to sacrifice some profits to get the beauty

-For this to work you need to have Windows 7 SP1!!! If you have anything else and do this it will not work becuase you will have the wrong explorer.exe with the frame.dll!!! You will get errors and have to do a system restore or re-install your windows. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WINDOWS 7 SP1!!!

They are different about caption button and taskbar position
For the .bmp they used to change the Start Orb and ExplorerFrame.dll

This is a great theme. I like it. I have a problem though. I'm not sure if I should replace my ExplorerFrame.dll coz the one provided with the theme is not the same version as mine. Could you please provide ExplorerFrame.dll for Win7 SP1?

Still, there are two things that would be awesome if you could change. 1st: in the 1st version I think the start menu is too transparent, with a brighter wallpaper very hard to read. 2nd: the color of the 'Message Box' should be black instead of dark grey, since this option also has an effect on the default font color of every office application (word, for instance) which is very bothering.

Love your theme. Been using it flawlessly for over 4 months. But one day, I started up my computer and aln topl of a sudden, the properties panel is now on top and not in the bottom anymore. Is there any way to fix this?

I love this theme and Frost Aero.
Like most people I am having trouble installing these 2 files.
This is where I get stuck>
I run the "Take Ownership" file you gave.
I Take ownership of the file, "ExplorerFrame.dll" in the System32 folder but it does not let me delete or rename the file and when I try to add your explorerframe file it does not stay the same name, it adds "(1)" at the end [because the other file is still there].
How do I solve this problem please?

Now, you take ownership 2 original files: Explorerframe.dll & Explorer.exe then rename to another name like ExplorerBackup.exe (you can't delete or replace it). Next, you paste my modified files. Finally, restart
