I have a problem when copy from System Files to /Windows and /Window/System32 - it alerted that "It's in used and can't be replaced"

i absolutely love this! and i know this might sound really stupid, but things seem to have changed when it comes to theming since ive last done it :\
so ive patched with the tools, and put the folder with the .msstyles in the resources/themes folder, but what exactly do i do with the explorer folder?

major problem, aero snap is unstable, when i aero snap my computer locks up, its not the custom explorer, its the theme, and the caption buttons NEED to be moved to the right a little
