My very first miniature. I had painted him beautifully, delicately etched small scratches, and highlighted him like a pro.... until to my dismay I washed him in too strong of a tone, resulting in his skin turning into a uniform beige. It broke my heart at the time, but now I know that Strong Tone is too strong!*Note: Tone is a dark liquid that you coat your miniatures in at the end of painting, which adds depth and darkens the mini to look more realistic.
