With Sonic heroes now released in the UK I decided to do this special piece to celebrate, I've heard how people where dissapointed in Tails and Knuckles having no super forms in the game. Yeah I know Tails isn't a Hyper, but well Team Super only had one.Related content

O_o *eye twitches* The only Hyper form in that picture is Sonic. Tails is in his Super form. Knuckles is in his Super form. In Sonic Heroes, there is Super Sonic and a sort of Turbo Tails and Turbo Knuckles. Got it?
BTW, nice drawing. I like it a lot, and I wish they would bring back the Super forms of Tails and Knuckles. The thing is, though, Tails refuses to go into Super form because of something devastating that happened to the Super Flickies at the end of Sonic 3 and Knuckles.
...Yeah. I'm just stating this off the top of my head. Scary.

No, we don't got it. Listen, they were in "capsuls" of energy when sonic transformed, allowing them to fly like Super Sonic. Tails cannot go into a hyper form, only a super form. That's accessed via the Super Emeralds, which are used by Sonic and Knuckles to go Hyper. Hyper Knuckles is the same as Super Knuckles, only he's faster, stronger, and he leaves afterimages. Both forms of Knuckles glow from red to pink and back to yellow.

Well to be fair Team Super only had one Super and two normals, so why couldn't team Hyper have one Hyper and two Supers?
Turbo forms seem only to exist in the Archie comicverse to my knowledge.
So what happened to the Super Flickies that was so devasating? First time I've heard of this.
