Well, I don't exactly know which mods I used...but you can go here and download the premade Sims! [link]
They have certain enhancement features on them that I use, so like, I download the sim, delete the sim, but all the makeup is still in my bodyshop (enhancing makeup) and there you go! Idk which sim has what though so it's kind of like a random pick -w-
I hope this is what you're asking for? If you're talking about the actual facial structure, I did that in the body shop
