The cameo in the Wario's panel are excellent. Aren't the timer from Mario Party 3, where it turned the amount of turns to five?

Yes, it is. It's the Wacky Watch. It automatically makes the amount of turns become the last 5 turns event, and depending on the current number of turns, it it's 7-50 or 1-4, it either decreases or increases the amount of time played. However, it is a rare item, only gotten sometimes if you answer Toad's question with an acceptable answer when you land on an item space or gotten through an Item bag.

I had that same idea only it was on a game:
Mario Kart: Partners in Time and it would work just like Mario Kart: Double Dash!
Only you play as the adults and babies pair up together and courses that you play on that have you race through a Time Hole so that you race through a present day course and past day courses!!
