I want to re-do the cover for my self-published e-book "Frankly Charmed" and I would like to use this image. May I use it for that purpose? I plan to turn the figure into a sillouette and doctor it up just a tad to make him look like the elf who is the protagonist of my book....give him boots and a cap, for starters.

Is this a plain photo, or did u photoshop it? Just curious, i never thought u can produce such beautiful effects with just a camera and no further adjustments.

the only thing iv done is that iv color corrected it in lightroom, a little bit of adjustments to the highlight/shadow and brightness/contrast, a little bit more bluish/orange tint to it, and that's pretty much it, all the other stuff is the camera itself
