An idea came to mind after Frost discovered he had ice powers. So he practiced hard at making a special treat for the one he loves so much. Eventually...Frost: Come up into the treehouse, Curtis! I have a special surprise for you!
(BTW, it's a heart inside the cone. The bottom half of it just doesn't show.)

Cupid got up and let Frost sit down on the beanbag that he had brought into the treehouse.

Cupid: *he held up the snowcone* Would you..like..some..?

Frost: Yup. I'll be sure not to take to much of it.

Frost: OK! *He grabbed the other one and started nibbling on it*

Cupid: I would eat that quickly if I were you. It's...melting in your hands..

Frost: As silly as it may sound, I'm trying to avoid a "brain freeze" headache. But, I'll eat it a bit faster.
He started taking bigger bites out of it.

Cupid: ..I also think you'd want to wash them too...theyll be all sticky after this too..

Frost: *He looked own at his hands and giggled a bit* You're right about that.
After a couple more bites all he was finished.

Frost: Alright.
He left the treehouse and went over to the hose. After turning it on he rinsed all the stickiness off of his hands. Then he did the same for the hose valve which got sticky from his handling it.
After everything was clean he went back up to Curtis.

Tourist: Hey Frost. You look happy today.

Frost: Yup! Can I... ask you a favor..?

Tourist: Where do you want to discuss it..?

Frost: *After thinking for a moment* I think up in the treehouse would be the best place. Up there will give us the privacy we need. You'll understand why the privacy is needed after I ask it.
He led Tim up to the treehouse.

Cupid: Are you clean yet..? ..oh..hey Tourist..
Tourist: *he came up after Frost* ..what do you do up here..?

Frost: Yup, I'm clean. I brought Tim up here so I could ask him something without others hearing it.
We spend a some quality time up here together.
Now... I hope your not too shocked about what I ask you, Tim. *He glanced at Curtis, and smiled* Would you do Curtis and I the favor of doing the wedding ceremony for us..?

Tourist: ..I can do it up here. Something like that is one thing that he who's giving me a death glare really wouldn't like to have spread around.

Frost: We've been doing our best to keep how deep our feelings are secret, and it's one of the reasons why we built this tree house.
When do you think things will be ready..?

Tourist: Well..you've just asked me now..so I think..quite a while..
Cupid: I don't mind.
Tourist: Who else do you want involved in this wedding thing..?

Frost: Who is involved would mainly be up to Curtis, I wanna make sure he stays comfy.

Tourist: O..kaaay...*he wrote it down on a notepad from his hammerspace*..anything else..? Frost..?

Frost: Nothing that I can think of right now.

Tourist: Alright. So..if you want to invite anyone up here..what do you want done so they get up here without being spotted..?

Frost: Hmmm... that's a good question... *He looked to see if there were any good hiding places between the house and the tree house* If there's enough hiding spots available maybe they could dash from one to another on the way here.

Frost: Oh, OK. I guess we could pass notes to each other. Does that sound good to you?

Tourist: That could work. We'd have to be careful, though - one wrong move and everything is brought down. I'd have to pick Minions out carefully too.

Yeah, cellphones or walkie-talkies wouldn't be a good idea, there are ways of tapping into the signals of either and listening in.
Hmmm... Is there any "invisible ink" around that we could use..? That might make it easier for us to keep others from finding out.

Frost: I'm talking about the trick ink that stays invisible until you warm the page up a bit. That kind of stuff does exist.
