Refraction into a World of Oil and Perfection. We're making atmospheric reentry, so be prepared to witness such strange sights. "There's nothing here Phocas, just vast empty plains for as far as I've been able to see. Is this the Unknown Country?" Roland looks over at the jester, the clown moves over and touches the ground. "Nope, this isn't the Unknown Country Unicorn boy. I can assure you that." Roland turns away and looks out at the cloudy horizon. "Something is really wrong about this place." Phocas walks over to Roland. "We're in the outskirts of Atlantropa, Unicorn, we are standing on the Entropic Ocean." Roland looks over at the jester.

The World of the Scarred Symmetry, a strange and alien existence in the Refraction, something went very wrong during the foundational years of the new world, at the fulcrum of the birth of the reality we know something deviated greatly. A foreign element was introduced to this Refraction, we must be cautious to not cross contaminate any other shard when coming and going from this shard. God forbid if we contaminate our home reality. It spreads throughout the body and it fundamentally alters the victim, into something referred to as an Altergeist. They appear to be a Hive mind to some extent, although certain individuals seem to show greater levels of autonomy.

At last our journey in this rotten world comes to a swift end, I will not miss this place. Roland and Genevieve, come we must go. In spite of my concerns, I trust the Unicorn enough to deal with any possible contamination that Genevieve will undoubtedly bring with them. His and my blood proved to be resilient to the Oil, perhaps we at W Corporation can take advantage of this in the future.
