A collaboration with the lovely *vk
Tara and I had been trying to collab for a long time.. So when she sent me her beautiful lady (on the left) I was excited to get started. Her piece set the spidery theme and I just tried to make my part fit in with hers. Which is hard, since she and I have really different ways of working. But it was a fun challenge.
Luckily, I happened to have a photo of the same model under the same lighting conditions, but in a different pose. So I looked at that for my primary reference, while keeping Tara's colors and changes in mind. I tried to make them twins, but I think I killed the likeness. Now they are just sisters.
Drawn in Photoshop 6. Well, I used ps6, I think Tara uses ps6 or 7, too.

So, you've drawed the older sister, at least she looks older, appears incedibly dangerous and sexy to me. Love those spiderwebs beetween her fingers and those teeth! She seems to be stricter, cause of her hairstyle which is rigid and her lips and her expression, sort of evil as if she is going to attack me immediately. Her younger sister is so sweet and has this innocent glare. She is going to watch while her sister does her work and then will participate in the meal...a dead body of a young pretty man. Oh yeah.
Perfectly drawn...isn't this a German model? Anyways..I'm in love with your style and deeply appreciate the efforts and your talent, you two really know your job.

lovely white colored piece. and the spider webs are just fab. superb work you guys. they're both sexy and hot vamps. reminds me that they're about to hunt for blood and after that their white colored dresses will just be tainted with crimson.. wow just utterly wicked.

This is grogeous! I really enjoy the spider web-ness of it all. The way their dresses just...seem to become on with each other and the smokieness near the bottom is nice, like the two of them rose out of the clouds or something. Adore the ifngernails on the figire on the girl on the left. And the expressionon the girl on the right.
I could go on and on about what I love about this piece... great work! I would never have guessed the two women were done by two different artists - though knowing that they were I can see subtle differences. You met the challenge well I think

Think you did an excellent job in matching styles cause it is really hard to tell that these were done by 2 different artists.
But there is a difference between your work her style seems a little softer and yours seems more percise. and the line work is a little more angular. But now one would really be able to tell that unless they stared at it for a really ling time. truth is I would have never guessed whose was who's. you guys did an excelent job on this.
Was it had to match her coler scheme and blending. I was just wondering. excelent work
