Description
Seductress.Freehand Photoshop 6.0 airbrush painting. Wacom graphire2. The oirginal size of the painting is 805x1000, but I think the image works better small. After painting Smoking , I wanted to experiment with distortion and weird perspective again.
The reference photo is Moulin Rouge , a self portrait by *xthisxbodyx Thank you so much, Jaz.

I think the arms look rather frail.... maybe this is the bizzare perspective. Very nice shading on the boots and hair.

But a few lil things...I dunno if that is cuz you experimented with the distortion and perspective.
Her thighs and rear look a bit too big to me, and her right eye looks too big too, but that might be because of the blackish eyeshadow.

Very weird shape and perspective experiment. I like your playing with size and colour contrasts. What's especially well done is the reflection of her green corsette, it looks so metallic like. Also the folds on the bed are well done and seem to be very natural. What looks a bit odd is that the perspective gets too fast unsharp and blurry from the front to the backround. The point where the front passes over to the backround should be positioned a bit more to the center of the picture. Here she seems a bit artificial in her sourrounding, like a disturbing element. Maybe I'm wrong and you even decided to accentuate that, but I can't really think so. Still shadings and colours are the same amazing way they're always in your devs and it's interesting that she looks this plastic puppet style you used for earlier works.

I love the exaggerated distortion and the perspective.
But I think the left hand doesn't look right. I mean, although you made it intentionally small, I think it's too small. If you want to get that size, the arm should be shorter and distorted more in the perspective way to make it look like more behind.
Since the shape of arm was not so distored enough in the perspective, I think that is why the hand looks weird to me.
The shiny texture of the cloth and the boots look great.
