I made this for the very first art prompt on my Discord server. The theme was "Combining Magic and Technology"
The idea is that the fire cat heats up the pot in which the water otter is relaxing. The water otter can produce an almost endless amount of water. That water evaporates and gets released outside. Then the flying ice penguins come in and add ice to the cloud, which is essential for producing rain. And there you go, that's how rainclouds are made. Totally scientifically correct, don't @ me.

This painting took me WAY too long. No idea how many dozens of hours in total...
You know the feeling when you worked on something for so long that you never feel satisfied with it, because of all the time you invested into it? That's what I'm feeling right now. But I gotta move on, and so here it is.
I have to say though that I learned a crap-ton through this piece. I used Blender to make a reference pictures for the pipes. And I learned a new technique for painting mountains and rocky textures.
And it was some good practice for painting cumulonimbus clouds for my cloud drawing tutorial.
