It was really fun to draw this little seal!
That's it for the Pokemon tutorials for now. I will return my wolf series and finish it.
However I plan to do a bunch of time-lapse videos for a change, so I can produce some high-quality drawings too again. It's been a while ~.~

Yeah it is! I don't know for sure either. My guess is because of it's clown-like look. It can't be because a seal Pokemon isn't a new idea, since cat and owl Pokemon aren't either.
