Bone requirements:
master / 全ての親
upper body 2 / 上半身2
thumb0_L / 左親指０
thumb0_R / 右親指０
Models must be in a T pose not MMD's A pose, do this in PMXEditor
by rotating the arm bones by roughly (-)37.5 on the Z axis depending on model.
Use the master bone to move the model down in MMD so it doesn't float.
If you find the models feet are going through the ground use the "multiply of bone frame position-angle"
option on the centre bone and adjust the bone-place on the Y axis and times it by 0.8 for example.
