I cannot tell. Those things around the body look like guns or weapons. What are they? Kinda odd for a "towing vehicle."

This is simply amazing, the feeling and way it just caught my eye was amazing, I love the painty and sketched feeling from the image, but I think one thing I love most of all was how you added a couple at the the bridge below the Gryphon's right wing, looking upon the below! You are officially one of my new inspiration's!
