It's like buying a character design from an artist. Say you're not good at designing, you can buy an adoptable and make them your own original character. You get all the rights associated to the character design and you come up with the name and back story. c:

The star ones are very nice. I like scorpio a ton<3 But the only reason I won't adopt is because its not my sign.
Without insulting you, can I say a few things? You have very nice and trust me when I say, amazing, designs.
The only thing is I think you make them very flashy in the end.
The two I adopted, I love them both{mainly using the outfits} because they were the simpliest ones.
Or I simplifed them. I think you have great ideas but you put so much onto a character its very hard to draw. It would be considered a 'difficult' character.
I would definitely buy more designs {mainly for the outfits again and hairstyles/accessories} if they were more plain, easy to re-draw, etc.
If you want to know what I mean look at
They have cute and very simple adopts. Very expensive, I tried to buy two but to reserve them cost more money.
Cause if you spent less time making them so complex, the adopts, you could make more and sell more<3
Thats just my insight. You don't have to take it or anything, but let me tell you, your adoptables are amazing, but re-drawing them, in my case, especially in the museless rut I'm in right now, would be near impossible.

I see, and I understand, what you mean, ha ha. It's only my nature to design things with much content and to make them over the top since that is to my taste and I don't mind drawing high quality/high detail characters.
But, I understand and I will make a batch of less complicated ones to see how it goes. I'll try it with my next lolita batch. Thank you for the insight. c:
