Is the mask a single continuous mesh? Or are the rivels and such seperate elements?

if you look at the last wireframe pic on there, you can see the revels are separate

It's almost interesting that the polygon are all triangles But then again it's a game and most game engines use those...
Would be interesting to attempt modeling this in quads when I have the time XD
