This is Sara, a sort of rival/obstacle for our characters Donna and Acacia to overcome. It only makes sense that in a world where there are magical, mercenary espionage agencies to be hired for there to be a magical, mercenary counter-espionage agency to try and counter them. Being a Werewolf isn't a requirement or a feature for the security company, but it certainly helps in her case because on night guard duty she's practically a one woman army. XD
