I started a Nuzlocke challenge of Pokemon Sword last summer and decided to make a comic about it. Done on Canson Mixed Media paper, with Sharpies, other misc. markers, and colored pencils. Enjoy!

Somewhere in a rainbow swirly void, a pair of eyes blinks awake.
MC: (Hmm... this music... sounds familiar...)
MC: (But wait... something's wrong...? This isn't...!!!)
A green haired woman dressed in all white smiles sweetly at a nondescript protag.
??: Welcome... to the world of Pokemon.
MC: ...G...Gardevoir?
Gardevoir: Oh, so you do recognize me!
MC: *starstruck* Yeah, uh... b...big fan...
MC: I've, uh... love... love your work... *HAS PLAYED ALL THE PMDs*
Gardevoir: Haha thanks~
