It is mspaint, but yes I do own and use a tablet.
However I can draw with a mousepad (laptop) just fine as well. Granted the tablet looks smoother but still yet, it serves it's purpose.

Well, I'm afraid I'm honestly probably not going to take lineart requests/commissions (due to points being so low and most people not having much. At least not out of those who watch me)Β
You're welcome to suggest linearts, but in suggesting there is no guarantee I'd actually do it. Just that there is a chance I would.
