{This is NOT an MSPaint friendly lineart/base}Another pay to use lineart/base, which comes with only what you see above. It comes in .PNG format and .PSD.
And it is not MSPaint friendly and likely won't be making an mspaint friendly version. So please don't ask.
In order to purchase just look to your right hand side of your screen to purchase.
In order to use the files - you need to UNZIP them (which means you'll need winrar or a similar program.)

I don't consider them super expensive considering that you can get 20
from selling one good design on them. How do I get points(
)?Simple! You Purchase them from DA (smallest pack is 400
for $5 usd) or you sell point adopts until you have the amount. (pretty well like everyone else does)
