Yes. Heat and pop out the arms at the elbows, the legs at the knees. The head pops right off.

I'm thinking on replacing the chains, too. Did you cut the piece of plastic holding the chains, or did you just glue the chains on. And I REALLY love these, they are beyond perfect!

I cut the plastic chains off, but I left a little on each end and drilled a small hole through that to loop the chain link around.

Just had to slice off the plastic chain, and get some small craft chain link and loop them through on either end.

I just might. It's basically just using paint washes and dry brushes. The hardest part are the weapons. they HATE paint. You have to prep them REALLY well in order for paint to adhere to them.

Believe me, there was nothing quick about these repaints. About 4 full days of non-stop work to get them done as quickly as possible.
