Awesome, but I think it'd be cooler if you had more contrast in the hair of the person on the left and right of the dude in the middle. In my opinion the girl's hair should catch some more light because her face catches more light than the person's on the right. But their hair has the same contrast. I think if you just made her bangs lighter it'd look nicer, and the guy's bangs on the right I think could catch some more light since the back of his hair is dark. But that's just me nitpicking on your lighting since you said you were practicing coloring and paints. This picture does rawk though, and the dude's sword is awesome times infinity.
